We believe in the basic fundamentals which create an effective way for our riders to learn and understand proper horsemanship. We offer hunter/jumper lessons for all levels. If you have ever wanted to learn, it’s never too late to start!
Plantation Acres Saddle Club or PASC is a local non profit horse show circuit that we LOVE to attend with our Junior Elite Show Team. This entry level show circuit allows the kids to move through the levels of both the hunter and jumper rings. PASC also offers an AMAZING end of the year banquet with great awards and prizes for the dedicated riders.
Show jumping tests the technical jumping skills of the horse and rider, including suppleness, obedience, fitness and athleticism. This phase is also timed, with penalties being given for every second over the required time.
Hunt-Seat riding challenges a horse and rider to complete a course of 8 or more jumps in a ring. Equitation riders are judged on the appearance of the rider and the smoothness and overall look of the horse and rider as a team.
